"Our stay here was very nice. The view from our room and balcony was beautiful & very peaceful. The family was so nice and helpful. The food they made was tasty. We ate breakfast and dinner twice. It was such a unique stay that I’d recommend. It gets chilly at night but wear layers and you are fine. They bring hot water bottles to keep you warm. I would also recommend charging your electronics before coming because we didn’t have an outlet in our room to charge but we had a charge pack with us...

"Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. It's located in a convenient location near the main plaza. The hotel is on a pedestrian plaza so taxi drop off/pick up is about a block away. Some rooms face a noisier side. I had to use ear plugs to fall asleep. Overall I will stay here again if I visit Puno again. But, I would request to stay on the other side of the building. "

"Staid at this hotel while doing Peru Hop. Booked through expidia though as price was better. Hotel was in a good location lots of resturants to walk to. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and have whats needed. There is an elevator which is nice. Breakfast was good. And they let us stay in our room a bit later as our pickup from Peru Hop was 3 hours late. "

"It was a very special and unforgettable experience spending one night at a floating island hotel on Titicaca Lake, though the conditions were not that as good as staying in a "real hotel" in the city and it was freezing at night. "What an incredible place and location. Ronaldo and his wife were amazing hosts, My arrival time changed and he had no problem picking me up at the dock very late at 10 pm. accommodation was very cosy with an incredible view of the lake. I was worried about the room being cold but the bed had so many fantastic, comforters and blankets on it I was warm all night and had a fantastic sleep. In the morning, I had a beautiful freshly made breakfast and Ronaldo gave me a tour of the floating...
